Cravety was co-founded in 2018 by customer experience and brand executive Edwin Bodensiek and former EY big data and start-up pioneer JG Staal. Together with VR and gaming expert Kristian Bouw, the company developed an innovative, SaaS-based solution for a visionary HR team at a Fortune 50 company to reduce candidate ghosting and employee turnover. That build became ActionLogics, a subscription-based product now in use at EX pioneer FedEx. ActionLogics empowers HR to reach frontline workers with a personalized, customer-like experience on users’ mobile devices, with little to no support from IT.

ActionLogics uses the world-class security of VMware’s WorkSpaceONE Intelligent Hub and the identity management power of Okta. Configuration and managed services partners include Insight in North America and ITQ in Europe.

HOW CRAVETY’S PRODUCT WORKS

It allows HR customers to leverage these existing investments with a mobile solution that keeps the right talent in both recruiting and talent development pipelines.
